Aged Grappa Riserva from Vernaccia di San Gimignano
Distilled from our Vernaccia pomace in Faver Trentino Alto Adige, from the Pilzer distillery, where the master distillers Bruno and Ivano Pilzer produce our grappa with a discontinuous alembic still water bath.
The product then ages in steel and oak barrels for several years.
